Terms of service
Last updated: 23 July 2026
The service
Guin turns footage you upload into edited clips and videos. You direct the edits and approve the results. Guin doesn't publish anything without you.
Your content
You keep all rights to the footage, photos, and audio you upload and to the clips Guin produces from them. You're responsible for having the rights to the material you upload, including permission from people who appear in it.
Acceptable use
Don't upload content that's unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have permission to use. We may suspend accounts that do.
Billing
Paid plans bill monthly or annually until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. Extra minutes are only ever charged when you explicitly choose to buy them.
Service changes and availability
We're improving Guin continuously and features may change. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and the service is provided as-is to the extent the law allows.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guin's liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we'll tell you by email or in the product before they take effect.
